February 2022 vs. February 2021. The story of growth continues and average sale price was up in all of these communities. Last month, year-over-year, housing prices were up double digits in all of these communities. New Tecumseth led the way with a whooping 54.4% increase in average sale price. Bradford followed with 46.1% increase and Barrie was third with 38.7% Increase.
The total units sold were down in all of these communities vs same month last year. Orillia was down the most at 58.2%, Bradford was down 46.7% and Barrie was down 27.7%
